Oration at MN Boys' State

From 1998 to 2008 I was a featured speaker at Minnesota Boys' State. When asked to deliver the opening night address, I considered it a great honor and wrote and delivered the finest speech for the young men of Minnesota I could create. Although it was a standing invitation, I said goodbye after a decade on the 60th anniversary of the program. However, I did promise to return one day--not as a Boy State Governor but as governor of Minnesota!
