Georgetown NightsGeorgetown is one of the greatest neighborhoods in America. Bars, history, shops, restaurants you name it. And of course,Georgetown University. At Georgetown I doubled majored in political theory and classics, wrote a column for the school newspaper, The Hoya and was Editor in Chief of The Georgetown Academy. During the summers, I worked on a construction crew, interned for Michael Novak at the American Enterprise Institute, and interned for Robert Novak through a program run by the National Journalism Center. I also spent my Thursday nights at the Philodemic Debate Society. There I met many great friends and one great love who eventually left me. Oh well, can't win them all. In 1996, I had the honor of winning the Merrick Debating Medal, the top award of our beloved Philodemic Debate Society. After Georgetown, I moved to Old Town, Alexandria, across the river from Washington and worked at an accounting firm and as a headhunter. I also set out on the grand project of my life: The Grand Congressional District Odyssey. Georgetown Photos
